The Smart CommuteTM offers a variety of incentives to those who choose to live withing 1/4 mile of a public bus stop or 1/2 mile from a public rail station. Participants in the program can increase their purchasing power as they receive a "credit" on their ratios for saved transportation costs. Addtional incentives provide discounts on public transportation and related services.
