Who We Are
Greater Washington Homes LLC was founded by Managing Member, Sharon Knapik to provide comprehensive, boutique level care for all clients.
Greater Washington Homes LLC is currently an affiliate of RE/MAX® Realty Services, with offices in Bethesda, Rockville, and Silver Spring.
Within the year, Greater Washington Homes LLC will be independent, functioning as a division of Under-1-Roof Realty Services, Inc., also founded by Sharon Knapik, President and CEO as part of a strategic plan to provide specialized, related services for homeowners, sellers, and buyers within one organization-under one roof- to deliver efficient coordination and supervision of work with transparent accounting and sensible pricing to our clients.
The energy and drive which continues to set Sharon apart from the pack is the fuel which propelled her to create her own company. She explains why:
